Status is pretty much the most attractive trait a guy can possess. Crucially however it only trumps being very conventionally attractive if your status is exceptionally high. Really high.

A physically unattractive guy like Ed Sheeran or Elon Musk is going to have a lot greater chance of dating a Victoria Secrets model than a very handsome but broke plumber…because they have a ridiculous amount of status.

Of course money matters at the extremes. Some % of women are going to be attracted to generational wealth. The idea of having enough money that you, your children, their children, etc. will never have to work again has its appeal. And it’s genuine appeal.

On the flip side, being homeless is likely to be a major impediment to dating success.

Money and status matter less for the middle 98% of men. Like the difference between making $100k and $200k just isn’t significant. Yes doubling income will make a guy’s life easier, but it’s not going to fundamentally change his dating prospects.

I don't disagree with your main point, this is something I realized some years ago way too late in my formerly blue pilled life, the 'ugly', rude, stupid assholes and so on that the women around decided to date always had something else that made them attractive and it wasn't just 'masculine energy'...

It's a bit complicated because it's probably a less genuine attraction, Imo, compared to men with looks or a more attractive personality (not saying personality beats money+status in general, but it's more genuine).

I honestly think that many women don't really realize how much of a factor it is (or perhaps don't want to admit it) They look at the high status or rich man (with a decent baseline) and think they are attractive enough, physically speaking, without understanding that they probably wouldn't touch the relatively poor version of those men.

She knows she has to fuck him (typically) to get access to his money, and be associated with his status. There's a BIG difference between the two.

Regardless, an ugly man with money is more desirable than a man without money. So a 4/10 might now be an 8/10, but those 4 points aren't attributed to sex appeal. It's attributed to a lifestyle she otherwise would not have had or a lifestyle she's not willing to downgrade to. The distinction is he's more attractive/appealing, but that's not more synonymous with being more sexually desirable.

1). Money and status are entirely subjective, depending on the person’s situation in society or class. For example…. To homeless people, a man with a car is both. He’s educated (has a licence) and rolling in dough (has a car). And would have status.

2) having money and status can be faked. People can be living entirely on credit, yet have all the trappings to the observer, and tell everyone they have money and status. How many times have influencers been caught out lying about their lifestyle? How do you know Andrew tate is a billionaire? Because he shows pictures and tells you? It’s normally the people who don’t say a word about their wealth that are genuinely wealthy, because it’s obvious in their business and lives.

3) Those things are no guarantee of attractiveness. Is bill gates sexy? Um no. Is Elon? No. Is Andrew Tate ? No. So What happens if you take Elon Musk, who has both wealth and status and put him in a biker bar? Do you think he would have any status there? Andrew tate in a room full of rocket scientists? Lack of status would make wealth irrelevant for both those situations.

So, what I think YOU don’t understand, is people that TELL you they are wealthy and superior to you, and sexually desired by women, should set your bullshit detector off like an airport alarm. Because what is so obvious, is that their content strength, is hinged on their status/wealth. For you to believe their content, you have to believe their description of themselves. Status is more important and it doesn't have to be global, national or even regional fame. Local status or fame within a city or dense urban neighborhood works just as well.

While I agree with the sentiment you’re trying to make, I don’t like the simplicity of it - ie. money and status are two tools you can use to improve how attractive you are, but they aren’t the biggest tools nor as they huge game changers.

The soccer player is an extreme example because theyre such a tiny % of the population it isn’t even funny. For example, it isn’t uncommon for a dude to be making 200-300k and still get no women. Then again, you always find such men flaunting their money and status like bait.

Its really a balance of multiple factors and the benefit is that you don’t need all of them to succeed with women, though it is worth noting that they all weigh differently in accordance to different women and what they value, and this kinda goes back to feminine attraction being more complex and varied.

For example, if two 6/10 men, let’s say are in the room. One of them makes 300k, has no hobbies, flaunts his money and status and doesn’t have much going on outside of that. Odds are the most he’ll attract is either gold diggers or superficial women. The other man, let’s say he’s making 50k, has hobbies, is genuinely interesting to be around and is a fun person. He’ll get a smaller quantity of women, but also these women would probably be better.

Of course, i’m not saying “don’t be rich and don’t have status”, i’m saying these aren’t the only factors you should consider and what this all literally goes back to is, be successful for yourself, do what you find fun, learn how to look after yourself and potentially look after others and develop some self esteem (i’m being intentionally vague with these cause they can mean different things depending on what you value, what your strengths are, etc). Do all these and you will find someone.

I mean if he’s a soccer player he’s at least in good shape. 70% of American men are overweight or obese, and of those who aren’t, a lot are skinny or just not really athletic, so we can reasonably assume he’s top 90% physique. So I’m assuming the face alone is the 6/10 part, but overall, he’s gonna be at least a 7/10 looks wise unless his face is truly hideous. He has also demonstrated physical strength, athletic prowess, and determination, which is attractive in itself. Models work hard, but are often seen as more feminine, often gay, and as having vain, easy jobs, which may not be true but that’s the social perception.

Am I saying the money isn’t a big draw too? Of course not. But you ask most women if they’d rather date an athlete or a model making the same amount of money, and most would still choose the athlete.

status doesn't mean anything it's about finances as well as access, many men withhold opportunities from women who don't sleep with them or provide them for those that do. Women want help with bills, and don't want to be screwed over. Hot plumber is a good fuck, but after a while our shame based society would question a woman having sex for pleasure and nothing else, there also may be the worry of feeling cheap because you got nothing but sex out of it, and people will hold sex against you but you can circumvent this with the money and access provided from being with a guy, if he has access and money to provide. I totally agree. Although I do think some old geezers (60+) can become genuinely hot to maybe 30 yr old hot women (20 is too young to like that) if he is millionaire or very famous.

And also, I think good money can make even fours become an 8. Women in general think men are ugly and willing to date ugly funny/charming/sweet men even sometimes when they don’t have money, so with money you can become an 8 suddenly even if you look like a 4.

To me, and I may be wrong, status is the best predictor of how hot are the women in your life going to be. I’ve seen many ugly men with beautiful women and quite some handsome men with not so good looking women. But is very rare to see a guy with little status scoring with very attractive high status women.

It's not status and money, it is the confidence and attire that comes with it, the fact that people are more likely to have other perks, like better health, looks, etc. Same with assertiveness

Just having status and money won't do it, it if does not lead to confidence and other stuff

BTW, this goes also the other way around, women with status and money are also desirable, it's just not something that you read, because people don't want to hear that it's still (for all genders) about confidence, how you carry yourself, looks, etc.

We've had these discussions many many times over. Genuine desire is for the most part looks and maybe to a small extent charm/charisma. Status and money only gets you women interested to date/marry you for social opportunities and financial benefits.

That being said, do men who rank very high in status and money care? Most likely not. Once you have asset protections in place, a large team of lawyers and a good prenup, genuine desire becomes irrelevant. You can look like a gremlin but there will always be hot women willing to date you and have kids with you, just because you have very high status and a shit ton of money. If they cheat on you or divorce you, you won't lose much, and you can simply move to a younger hotter model. Rinse and repeat. Plus once you have kids, you don't need to marry again, so the divorce is mostly a one time thing for them. And if we're talking about just sex, they can just straight up pay for it, a young hot escort comes with zero hassle and zero time investment after all.

This is exactly what most muppets don’t understand. Having money actually makes men more attractive to most women. That doesn’t mean they are a gold digger and wants his money. Just like big tits or a nice ass make women hotter to most men. That doesn’t mean most men want to pump and dump her. Both situations increase genuine desire.

Mens attractiveness is often based on capability and things like money, height/muscles and charm (social capability) make men hot. Meanwhile women’s attractiveness is often based on femininity and fertility indicators like youth/tits/ass/ and nurturing/supportive behavior
