Women are expected to wear makeup and appeal to the male gaze from a young age. Women often spend hours on makeup, hair, and molding their bodies into the perfect body.

There are men who work out, but I don’t see men trying to do as many other things like wear makeup or spend a lot of money on skincare. I know of a guy red pillers would consider a Chad who wears concealer. You don’t have to wear makeup in a feminine way; you can do things like enhance your jawlines and stuff with it. But guys generally aren’t willing to do that.

Last week a guy approached my friend at the bar and she politely rejected him, and he called her shallow. He approached my friend because she is super hot and spent four hours getting ready to go out that night. She politely wasn’t interested because she didn’t find him cute. How is she the shallow one here? Aren’t they both being shallow? She tried harder to look good, and the guy who knows nothing about her is mad because she doesn’t also think he looks good.

If guys wanted women to find men attractive, then maybe men should indoctrinate themselves to appeal to the female gaze as much as possible from birth too.

Edit: I was mainly saying that men should appeal to the female gaze more and they focus on the makeup thing. That was just an example
