Woman and man are allowed to do whatever. But I think it's impossible to deny that woman will get frowned upon for doing so. Some of it is partially justified, some is just double standards and wrong.

Women can do whatever they want to do. However as we've established men are usually the gatekeepers of commitment, and will usually want to know what someones background is before committing. Jobs/employers/banks/apartments will deny committing even temporarily to someone because of what their background turns up. If you had a "committing felonies phase" in your youth many jobs won't commit to hiring you due to the risk you'll do it again. Even if you tell them "this job opening didn't exist when I committed multiple felonies, it's not like I committed multiple felonies when I was working for you" they will still probably not hire you. If you want commitment from men, some may see a "hoe phase" as a disqualifier, some won't. You don't have to agree with their reasoning for not wanting to commit, but you should recognize that its a deal breaker for many.

Nobody is saying women can’t have fun in their youth, we are saying that there has to be a reasonable limit. My opinion is that between 18-22 is fair game for a woman to have fun, go through a brief hoe phase, experiment, and get it out of your system. Those are your college years. Beyond that it becomes excessive. As a woman you have to acknowledge that your “prime” years are between the ages of 21 and 28. That’s when you are at your physical peak and have the most options when it comes to men. The world is your oyster, so if you choose to blow those years on a “hoe phase” then that’s your prerogative, but you can’t come back at 30 years old once you’ve hit the decline on the bell curve and expect Zeus himself to fall out of the sky and whisk you away to the altar. I'm not against women having sex before marriage. That's completely fine. It's fine if they have had many long-term relationships too. (Depends on length, but I'd say 3-4 LTRs is the goldilocks zone) The red flag is lots and lots of hookups, with few, if any, long-term relationships. What that indicates to me is that the woman (a) can't hold down a relationship and (b) she gives it up easy, so if she is making me wait, while she gave it up easy for dozens of other men, I'm not gonna stand for that.

We should be clear that "having fun" can also come with long-term consequences, just as "having fun" by binge drinking or doing drugs can also come with long-term consequences. Women don't like to hear this because they want to have their guilt-free fun, the same way an alcoholic doesn't want to hear that they're killing themselves, or a stoner doesn't want to hear you tell them to stop being lazy and get a job.
