Life is easier when you’re mentally healthy. Many people would probably assume my life has always been easy but don’t know I was an addict for years. I’ve met some beautiful, privileged, smart and rich women in recovery who are just as fucked up as anyone else and have had very bad shit happen to them. It varies by person to person. Take the time to listen to people’s stories to understand we are all human and we all feel pain and suffering.

I’d say the community is very biased on what the average woman is. They see 10/10 Instagram models who have simps bending backwards to donate as the average American woman. Seeing it on a superficial level, it looks like an incredibly easy life. Wake up, put on some makeup, wear something cute, post on Insta, get thousands of dollars a month donated. You could make the argument that if an incredibly attractive woman was incompetent at her job, the men around her would be extremely forgiving just to keep her around. These women might be seen as the stereotype of a woman being pretty but dumb.

Red pillers disregard the struggles of average looking women and completely don’t acknowledge very unattractive women. They face everyday struggles as well as everyday sexism but don’t have men bending backwards for them. Unattractive women are at best ignored and at worst discriminated against. When we think of negative women stereotypes such as a “witch” or a “hag”, we generally think of an old, unattractive women.

having various safety nets and protection programs that stop you from being homeless.

I disagree. Are there such privilaged women? - sure, they exist. But the reality is that being a women does not mean you are immune to everything. You can get raped, murdered, abused, have mental issues, loose your job, get a serious menatl or physical illness, get robbed, be homeless. The average womans typical complaint about dating is that only 10 or of the 100 hundred guys who matched with or hit on her in person that week were attractive and likable enough to date, while the average mans typical complaint is that he barely has any options at all and would love to have the aforementioned female problem.

In life in general? It's exaggerated by red pill guys, it's only a subsection of women who really have life on "easy mode", but in general in the modern Western world women do have it easier. Life is never easy, but I'd say that there are more men suffering right now than women.

You've got a higher potential to achieve if you're female because there's a higher demand for relationships from men, and some of them are weak and give you what you want.

So if you're a smart girl, decently attractive and have a sense of pride then financially you shouldn't have a lot of issues even if you're bad at school.

For men this is different nowadays, they used to rely on trust to help each other, but trust on average has declined and is still going down, how many people do you still trust this day and age?

Part of this is the cost of having everything you want, there's more that you want (in part because of global advertising) and together with your usual bills there's always going to be an excessive need for wealth. Less people able to share and help because there is less excess.

This counts for both men and women, but women should have less of a problem with that on average.

Yes, and no. Most western, White women have an astonishingly easy life. The amount of romantic opportunities are endless, which means that the amount of offers are endless. Dates, tickets, etc. These are endless. There is also an obsequiousness that many men have around women, so women are just treated better in general (the vast majority of men are not alphas). Also, assuming they are reasonably attractive, women can latch onto the highly successful men simply due to their beauty. So yes, compared to the average man it's a joke.

However, there are some challenges women face. Whereas I can walk down the street without fearing for my security, they cannot. You don't always attract positive attention as a woman; in fact, some of it can be quite negative or dangerous. Also, you also only have a pretty short window (18-30), after which you better have hitched to the right guy. So life isn't always perfect.

Well, yeah, to a degree. I mean, that's not saying that being a woman is easy, it's just compared to men, women get life with a cherry on top, and men get it raw.

Let me give you an example. Women often say "men should just treat women like they treat men". We hear that less now, why? Because women realized that men aren't treated very nicely by other men or by women. It's why women now say "men need to learn to respect women", it's because women realized that men have a belief that respect is earned and the only thing is owed to other is tolerance. When they saw that men treated them like other men, they saw that not only did they not get the "pussy pass" treatment, but the respect that they thought that men simply get for breathing, only occured after men earned it. And women don't have a clue how to earn a man's respect.

Let me put it this way, my sister was really really angry about being relocated in her job a few months back, even though it was right there in her contract that the company has the right to relocate her within a specific distance. She told me "the last time they tried to move me, I said "the manager there harassed me, I really don't want to work there", and that was enough for them to not relocate me. Problem is, they changed managers, and the manager at that place is now a woman, so I can't even use that excuse". It made me wonder how often women use that excuse to get out of stuff that they don't want.

In the workplace, at least in every workplace I've worked (i've worked in 6 now, everything from a convenience store, to the office of a small construction company, small firm and large firm), women seem to have this mentality in the workplace like they are untouchable. Like they can do whatever they want. I remember one woman, at the warehouse, she was hired as a manager. In the warehouse, you couldn't be there without steel toe safety boots, and she kept on wearing heals. We gave her warnings, and she didn't care. We fired her, and not a week later, we got a notice that she complained to the ministry that her dismissal was sexist. Our cost on dealing with that complaint was significant, because the ministry assumes the woman is right unless the employer proves otherwise. I've seen women use the "I can' stay late today, I gotta pick up my kid from school" excuse, even when her kids were like 16 or 19. I've seen women call in sick because their cat was sick. It's like, they feel like they are owed a job. If men did any of these things, they wouldn't have lasted long at those jobs. But because women are a protected class, that's how it goes.

We all know about the dating world, so I won't get into that.

Actually, it's funny. I was JUST watching this video. Women have it so easy that apparently, they believe that they have the right to put a man's life in danger because she doesn't want to put a leash on her dog when she is in an area where it is illegal to have your dog off a lease. You wanna talk about easy mode? Imagine living a life where, if your husband forgets to take out the trash, and you want to teach him a lesson, all you have to do is call the police and say he hit you, and he'll be taken to jail, no questions asked. Imagine living a life where the court sees you as the default parent of your child, where you don't have to actually fight to have custody of your own kids. Imagine never ever having to worry if that child that that you've built a bond with and spent years of your life and thousands of dollars on isn't actually yours. Imagine being able to choose parenthood after choosing to have sex. Imagine a world where you can make the personal decision that will force you to take weeks or months off of work, and the government not only forces your company to give you the time off required,but to hire you back and maintain the income and income adjustment requirements. Imagine a life where, if you are unhappy in a relationship, you can simply divorce, and you will get to keep your kids, keep your house, AND the government will ensure that you you do not suffer a significantly lower "standard of living" by stealing money from your ex and giving it to you.

Imagine being offered a position in the board of directors because the government either implemented or threatened to implement gender quotas.

Women don't have to imagine all that, they live it. Every day. No matter how many dick pics they get, no matter how many guys touch their butts, or say vulgar things, the entitlements and benefits that women get simply for being a woman far, far outweigh the negative parts of being a woman. For the vast majority of people (men and women) life's anything but easy. We all have curve-balls that life throws at us that we need to overcome.

A very few minority of people (men and women) look like they have it made (you know who they are, feel free to name-drop yourself), and those represents... 1%-3% depends on how you look at it.

Then there's another minority at the bottom end of the scale (men and women), let's say 5% and... I would not wish to anyone to be in this segment.

There's also another minority (men and women), let's say 1%-3% that are absolutely POS: criminals.

Everyone else in the middle, the 94%-92% in the US/Western Europe, we are the First World and we have First world problems.

This is what I see it's wrong:

Some/Most Men and Women fight one another, fingerpointing one another
Some/Most Men and Women fight one another, blaming one another for their problems
Some/Most Men and Women fight one another, expecting the other to change in order to solve all the problems in the world
Some/Most Men and Women look at the top 1% and extrapolate from there what they want to pass as Universal Truth
Some/Most Men and Women look at the criminals and try to make it a gender issues, which is counterproductive, lessens the objective gravity of the crime, and - since such strategy is divisive - lessen the support base
TBH: most people DGAF about the bottom 5%, the only time they address it is for either
- Virtue Signaling
- To look at some stat and try to extrapolate from there what they want to pass as Universal Truth

Fighting about who has it worse is infantile and stupid, and worsen the situation; the reverse, adult conversation exploring common grounds could lead to make the world a better place for everyone.

I think women can find casual sex more easily on tinder, because men are, on the average, much hornier (it's due to the testosterone). Given the fact that on the average women are not particularly interested in casual sex, the advantage stops here and women don't value it much. We might argue that men evolved to be natural risk-takers (and risk-makers), while women evolved to be natural risk-avoiders. This might explain the risky attitudes associated with machismo, e.g. reckless driving, getting involved in fights in pubs, criminal acts, etc. When it comes to parenting women generally pay a heavier toll in terms of time and dedication to the offspring. Worked hard in school and got good grades. Worked near-minimum wage food service and tutoring all through college to cover living expenses. Dated a bunch: lots of rejections, but lots of good experiences. Worked an internship for two years. Graduated college with a fairly good GPA with a CIS degree. Looked for a job out of college for about 6 months before landing entry-level position in my field. Kicked ass at work for a few years, finished some very successful projects, and got promoted. Constantly getting more training and certifications to git smarterer and earn better pay.

Do I think mental stability/capacity and work ethic helped me get what I wanted? Absolutely. Have I faced plenty of rejections along the way? Had to push myself to learn new things, put in hours when I didn’t really want to, be patient and understanding with people who didn’t deserve it? Have I had financial and health struggles along the way? Of course.

Having a vagina has had little bearing on any of that. The few ways it has: I had an older male customer creep on me for a little while at a food service job. I don’t travel alone, and when I go for walks/runs I always tell my family where I’m going and when I expect to be back. I’ve had extremely unfun times at the obgyn. I seem to have to fight extra hard to have my opinion heard and respected in work, but once I’ve had a chance to prove my skills, things tend to turn around. I do most of the housework at home even though my bf and I both work full time. People automatically trust me with their kids/babies for no logical reason. The few older women in my career adore me. Sometimes I have to ask my bf to start the lawn mower for me or open a jar, because I don’t have the arm strength. I don’t tend to think any of those things have a huge bearing on my overall quality of life, as annoying as they may be in the moment.

My woman friends and I are generally in the same boat. We work, we invest, we pay off loans, we try to stay mentally/physically healthy, we struggle with relationships, we try to learn new skills, improve our lives, and take care of those around us. Nobody I know is making rent off of being cute (though most of my friends are objectively prettier than me). Maybe 1% of women can swing it, but the vast majority of us have to work for a living. And I think that life sounds pretty normal, right?

There was a video circulating recently about a woman masquerading as a reasonably attractive man who went onto Tinder and vlogged her experiences. Everything she described was a direct mirroring of my experience. The optimism at the beginning, how her match numbers rapidly deplete within a few days, and how the conversation were all two word responses. She even outlines how she began feeling depressed and I had those exact same experiences myself. This really contrasted with her optimism going into the experiment.

That said, the hardiness of confronting a situation like that for so long has made me better prepared for life compared to a lot of women who haven't had such experiences like that.

A lot of women I know couldn't stand the level of rejection they received when they began looking for career making jobs.

Men and women have their own struggles that they deal with that are unique to them. Some aspects of being a women I can objectively look at as a man and admit they have it harder. Just as I'm sure some women can admit that about some men's issues. But overall, yes I believe women do live on easy mode. Again, not that they don't have their own struggles. TLDR; - Yes, women lives are easier than men.

Let's look at the fours measurements of success: Standard of living, Heath/Longevity, Reproduction, and Happiness.

Standard of Living: more men are homeless, young women out earned young men , more women going to college, lots social safety net for women, more men in jail,
Health/Longevity: women live longer, more men die from homicide, combat death, work related death, women's illness get more funding.
Reproduction: women win hand down. there is no competition. 80% of women are able to reproduce but only 40% of men can throughout history. One third of modern men are practically Incels.
Happiness: Male suicide rate 4x higher than female suicide, enough said. More support for women in practically all aspect of life. Easier for women to make friends and have a social circle.

As you can see, women beat men in virtually all thing in life. Sure, there are exceptions, but in general, women have it much easier. This makes sense because men are disposable while women are protected, nobody gives a shit about men.

You can't disagree w/ the statistic: homelessness, suicide, homicide, fatality, reproduction, incarceration, ect.... in almost all statistic, men have it worse than women.

I think it's also due to genetics as it seems to be universal, no matter time period or culture. I do not think that women have a life on easy mode and we men can be fooled to think so by projecting our lusts on women. For example us being sexally desired by most of the opposite gender seems great. For women it's normal and not something women usually want. On average women do have it easier than men. Far fewer of them are homeless as most of the time there is someone to take care of their needs. They can get into relationships without the prerequisite of achievement and their economic situation is of small concern to potential partners. Women generally have more support in society and are met with greater compassion when they face problem. That doesn't make their life easy, but it is easier than men's.

Women are approached, women aren’t expected to pay for dates or even decide where to go for a date, Women dont need to have game, women dont need to be confident, women basically just make an online dating profile and then just sort through the matches.

I think redpillers and incels often over simplify it. In terms of dating (which is what they're obsessed with) ofc the average women has it much easier than the average man however women are much more likely to be murdered, assaulted and abused by their partners than men are. Women can struggle alot with mental health issues and they can often find it hard to be as respected in a work place and are quite often passed over for promotions in favour of their male colleagues. Also women tend to have to take a lot more precautions when going out than men do cos the outside world is less safe for them. Most women are also not comfortable taking naked photos of themselves for things like only fans so they don't take advantage of that either and often struggle with money as much as men. I’ll be honest about this in as far as my life is concerned. However, I’m also white, very attractive and in the US so not all women have that advantage.

I feel like my life would have been much easier if I had listened to my parents growing up instead of trying to be a semi-rebel because I hated their religion. I should have married someone they picked out for me. The vast majority of all my hardship and even sorrows came through my choice of men.

If I had chosen better partners in life, I approximate 75% of any real life hardships I’ve had to stand up and face alone would have been eliminated. The other 25% would have been softened.

I’m not sure that I find myself to be a particularly strong person. I’m smart. However, (I was) very naïve about people and their intentions, too trusting. I never realized people lie as much as they do (ha doesn’t sound smart). However, I’ve made it through some pretty rough situations alone, quickly and efficiently, only to come out better and on top.

I’ve used my feminine power many times to get me where I’ve had to be. Nothing salacious but let’s use the term ‘feminine wiles’. It does come in handy. Anywhere from mild flirting to a low cut top to being cute to tears depending on the situation.

I’ve been in situations, and gotten exactly and more than I’ve wanted, where men would’ve been arrested by using girl power. Not just with men, I use camaraderie with women. I’m not ashamed and I’d do it again. I don’t think it’s completely different than what it comes down to with TRP, survival of the fittest.

I feel being a woman is easier. However, I’m a woman, I love being a woman, I’m interested in the stereo typical woman world and that’s all I know. My views may change if I had ‘Man Power’.

There are many angles on which to tackle this:

There are instances in which certain gender have advantage or be disadvantage.

Certain people are born more privileged then others.

The problem is that this goes against the left's narrative that the genders and everyone should be equal. And they use "equality" to push certain agendas that often favors the female and their support base. When the same argument for equality is used against them, they'll argue for the tit and tat strategy and saying those people deserves to be disadvantaged because they are "privileged" in other areas.

One such examples is the equal pay argument for women football players in which they say women football players aren't treated fairly because they don't get paid as much as their male counter-part.

To related to PPD: women in general have it easy compared to male in the dating scene, and the recent experiment featured on youtube demonstrate that. What the male is asking for isn't "guys are entitled to women". It's biological and the fact that male do, and should struggle to date. The problem is that when the genders are flipped and its showed that women are struggling to date in their 30s (especially if they are single parents), it becomes triggering to those very same female and leftist, because stating such demonstrate holes in their own beliefs and shows the hypocrisy of the left's beliefs.

My answer is leaning towards a no, because even tho it's true that women have it objectively easier compared to men in our western societies when it comes to many aspects, their perception of life struggles is similar. In other words, I think that men might have it a bit harder especially early in life but their resilience is greater so it all even out.

If we consider a more naturalistic tribal environment, I think that women's lives are on the same level as men's. Women's might have generally less pronounced downs in case they fail in life, but they also have less spectacular ups. Mainly due to their biologic limits compared to men.

And even then beautiful women have their own issues. Would I personally wish to be born a woman? I think nah. (Part of that too is I don't want to be dealing with guys. Of course looks aren't everything, I've been really into girls who aren't great looking but great personality, but if we're judging purely on looks I can't imagine settling with someone who is 5/10 or like a partner who is fat. Life is easier for some women.

If your family has the financial resources it gives you an advantage. This gives you stability. It gives you connections. Also if you have a stable relationship with your family. If you’re drop dead gorgeous and have great social skills you have a huge advantage. Women who pick good partners have an easier time. They have extra help rather than trying to claw to the top. I would say if someone is mentally ok they do as well. I can’t say that though as I’ve seen some women still end up doing well.

I never had the luxury of being picky about jobs. I’ve had bills. Where as someone who had help can be more picky.

So no definitely not easy. I have had no advantages financially, very little support emotionally (my dad is great but that’s all I have), and have been through a lot. My life has been set on expert mode.

There's maybe 10 to 20% of each gender who have it pretty easy. People make it into that group on the basis of all different sorts of things. Money helps. So does health. So does visible conformation to beauty standards. So does extroversion. So does absence of certain flaws. So does having the right accent. Etc.

Just because someone has at their fingertips the solution to YOUR particular problem in attaining entry to an easy life doesn't mean they've got the solution to THEIR particular problem making it in.

There are no absolutes, so no. But I do believe that young women have it easier in certain aspects of life for a certain time. In middle and late years, they probably have it harder.
Also there are economical, societal and financial stimuli for more women to go into higher education while the same doesn't hold true for men, so atm there is quite a double standard in many aspects of early to middle life...which sets the foundation.

So ...if the extra chances are used well, women might have it a little easier in general, but only if they actually grasp those chances instead of swinging from one chance to another with an entitled smile on their face 'til they run out.

Assuming a Gaussian distribution some would stumble over these enticements while others would use them well.

Not all. You see some of the stuff the femcels post and it's kinda sad. Not everyone is able to live a happy life. Some actually try and are born undesirable.

But the vast majority almost never feel alone or unwanted, and as a social species, that is a key to being happy. That doesn't mean there are not other difficult areas of life, however. I'm sure there are struggles outside of the social bubble that cause a lot of pain to women.

I mean, men and women are different whether it is liked or not. Look at bettas and bearded dragons. The males clash with each other on contact, but the females get on just fine. But the males chase them down. And frankly, as an intelligent species this makes handling our nature as animals unique.

Some people like incels go primal. Others try to bring about social change. And others just do what they can to try and ignore human nature. We all handle nature in different ways, some successful, others not.

I've seen women aged 18-26ish that walk through life on easy mode, hiring preferences in tech, promotion preferences, everyone being "nice" to them, never having to buy drinks, being able to have sugar daddys, baby daddys, bf, ex bf, beta male orbiters, professors, thirsty coworkers/bosses, and every dude that wants to bone them on her way to anywhere that will go out of their way for her and pay her bills.

HOWEVER!... this only really applies to young and attractive females. How many bone fractures does an average man and a woman have in a decade?

How many teeth does an average man and a woman lose in a decade?

How many men and women per 100,000 lose at least one finger in their lifetime?

How many men and women per 100,000 lose at least one limb in their lifetime?

How many men and women per 100,000 lose at least one eye in their lifetime?

Lung?

Kidney?

How much of the above happens of men and women of same/similar socio-economic background / class / ethnicity / age?

Most of these things constitute irreversible damage that almost never occurs by one's own choice (there are fringe cases ofc... but they're fringe), and cannot be (to any meaningful extent) be compensated/alleviated medically (like it is possible for certain mental conditions).

Many people, including men, live life on easier mode than ever before in the Western world. Hence the rise in depression and mental disorders. An old saying goes: "Boredom is the devil's playground".

Hence why we see Western women having a steeper increase in mental disorders than men, partly due to their biology and predisposition to mental disorders, and partly because their lives are easier than ever before in history.

Therefore, we have a conundrum, life on easy mode (access to resources, support, attention) but mental disorders on the rise, versus harder life (not so many resources, support, and attention) but a healthier mind.

In my opinion, the latter one is more preferred, comfort kills.

Socially? Yes. Profesionally? No. Women might have an easier time getting entry level jobs, but I imagine the more you advance, the more it tilts into a male bias. To be fair it isn't all muh muh muh mysoginy. Women (still on average) are socialized in a way too timid manner, too high neuroticism and they really struggle to fake it when in doubt. So while climbing steep career ladders the average male character is more resilient (inwards) and expresses more reliability (even though it might be faked) (outwards).

The most annoying and useless Co worker or subordinate is the one permanently second guessing himself/herself and requesting more detailed input or help from their next level superior. At that point it's easier and faster to do everything yourself. Men (still on average) are more ready to just present their own (likely flawed) version, which at least somewhat reduces the workload

No. The struggles of men and women are too abstract and different to be properly compared. Women have specific advantages, but those advantages don't necessarily make life "easier". Men also have specific advantages they benefit from, but they don't necessarily make life easy.

Class/Wealth is a much better predictor of how "easy" someone's life is, and is much easier to study. Wealth amps up the advantages someone already has, while downplaying any disadvantages they have. Wealth, literally, makes life easier to deal with.

This claim people make is usually done in reference to the ability to get laid or garner attraction. The issue is that the ability to get laid has very little correlation with how easy someone's life is. I've seen a few people claim that women can easily just be given anything they want by orbiters, such as cash or gifts. These people usually don't realize that the average woman isn't being showered with cash or gifts by various men. Personally, I think it says way more about how they would like to be than anything else.

No. Especially not in this generation. They still need to complete the same task men do to not die of exposure and starvation in this society. They might have it better or worst in some specific ways but I dont see it as "easy mode".

They still need to get through school, find jobs, make a career of sorts, and manage a love life. Maybe even more social problems.

I think there is a very real difference in maturity that hits women SOONER than men due to physiology, and they exit LATER than men due to society pressures on men to be providers.

RP calls this "the wall" but after reading Rollo's second book I think he is mistaken in that it happens at 30, I think it hits as soon as they (also like men), hit some hardship. This happens almost the same time as men now but there is some mental resistance due to being in the phase for so long. Also some people both men and women dont grow out of it, in fact I think incels are largely stuck in that same phase. An incel is the ugly male version of a CC rider in this model.

If you're objectively looking at the average man and average woman I would say the woman has an advantage in modern western society. Courts favor women over men, welfare system skews towards helping more women, women have more homeless shelters and support groups etc.

Does that mean everything is easy for women compared to men, no, but I think there's enough evidence to kinda support that claim.

I don't know how my life is easier then life of my male friends, or other men my age.

I have work, suport myslef, had to learn everything I know by myself, pay for my hobbies, life etc. I spent a lot of time learning things to be able to achieve my goals, so everything I have is thanks to my hard work. It has nothing to do with me being a woman.

At the same time, I was chased by an angry man who was calling me a whore, just becasue I refused to go for a beer with him. I was molested at work by a man twice as big as me (almost two meters, large shoulders), and my other collegue just laugh at it. I was so afraid of him to the point that I wouldn't go to the bathroom so he woudn't follow me. I've been told that I shouldn't apply for the position I wanted because I'm a woman. And hounrerts of things like that.

Here I read that my only value is my appearance and god forbid I mention that I have my own passions and want to do something more in life than just being a wife and a mother. Somehow it makes me a bitter feminist cunt, because apparently I should want to serve my husband all they long, hobbies and developement are not for me (according to many men).

i think men and women face different struggles, society has different expectations for both geners and they're mistreated or disadvantaged in different ways. "[the other gender] have it easier" is something i only ever hear from people who are bitter/are looking for an excuse for their failure or to rationalize their personal suffering.
with any example people give of why one or the other gender have it easier i find that there's usually some other factor other than gender (like looks, age, health, education, or status/wealth) which is much more important/offers a better explanation as to why they have it "easier".

I think it's easier, but mostly driven by parameters of nature than it majorly being driven by socialization (yes, even siping/white-knighting has some biologically predetermined source). So I don't really blame women. It's kind of like getting mad at someone who's better than you at X thing because they're born with a particular trait or characteristic that makes them better at that. Instead of getting mad at them, use that anger to make yourself BETTER than them.
