And then usually all negatives even if they don't know the guy, "omg girl he just looks like a creep, just block him". Its actually quite rare that the guy is dating multiple girls, they usually just bitch and judge the guy together.

There's an interesting history about the same topic that happened in Brazil in late 2013.

An app named Lulu was launched, and it served the same purpose these facebook groups does. Only women were allowed to register and they could "share experiences" about local men and give them scores. It used facebook data to display men name and pictures.

It was a huge success here.
But men hated it and someone made an app named "Clube do Bolinha", which was a copy of Lulu but with genders reversed.

After Bolinha's launch, women finally realized these kind of apps were a bad idea and even the Justice stepped in and shutdown both apps in january 2014.

Maybe local men should create similar facebook groups just to make women see how much of a bad idea it is

Funny story: a close friend of mine was posted in the secret group “are we dating the same guy” and is now suing the girl who posted/doxxed him for libel/slander after what she said on the app got him passed over for a job. He’s a fairly attractive dude too 6’5 played some ball oversees. The company he interviewed for HR generalist was also a part of the group, saw what the other girls said and decided not hire him. All was well, until his sister saw that he was posted and screen shotted everything, sent it to him and their family lawyer and now the girls who were trashing him on the thread are all being sued. Moral of the story is a lot of guys have girl friends, sisters, aunts family members etc that might also be on this page and won’t take kindly to you throwing them under the bus. Doxxing people is also illegal and opens the book for these group to be held liable in the event someone sues.

People keep saying sue for defamation...stop. You can't sue for what you can't see, and the groups allow anonymous posting anyway. Who are you going to sue, facebook? They aren't liable for an individual posting defamation on their platform.

I stumbled onto one of these groups and they explicitly say keep the posts very very vague and put the actual details in the comment section. I wonder why? If the post contains doxing and shit talking it can be removed. If the comments do, nothing will be done about. The rules are quite LITERALLY designed to circumvent facebook ToS.

Those groups are often helpfull. In my country we have a group where women warn each other about creepy and bad men. The most common one are men who lie about their age, relationship status, post old pictures (one guys posted pictures of his son), and they are all called out.

There was a success story when a woman almost went on a date with someone similar to American red pill coaches. Thanks to the group she ghosted him. From the screenshots she sent us he was super nice at the Beginning, so she couldn't know that he teaches men that women are inferior and destroy our country for not being traditional (his literal words).

Many times girls recognize guys from school or work who support a part called Konfederacja, full of dudes saying that women should be submissive and should be controlled, and owned by their partner. Chief of this party says the most misogynystic shit.

So thanks to this group many women avoided going on a date with those guys.

I deleted all my dating profiles for the last and final time early last year and won't be using them again.

I've been getting hounded to create an IMDB-like website to do exactly this for men to review women. Are they flakey? Bad attitude? Lots of side dudes? Give her a rating based on your personal experience. And associate their reviews with their social media so the internet never forgets.

It's very toxic. The group should exist to protect women- and if it did just that I would agree that its helpful and good.

However the group has shifted away from protecting women into one that gossips/shames men. Women go on to complain about dates and experiences, leaving out how they themselves acted poorly.... its one sided and very dehumanizing.
