To me this is the average man who is above the age of 30

  • Average height or tall
  • Has a social circle of friends they see on weekends and friends they can speak to if needed
  • Does stuff with said friends like going on vacation together or going the beach and has pictures of themselves doing stuff on Facebook/Instagram (going to Ibiza with the bros etc)
  • Has a job or at least a career, perhaps not mega high earners but earns enough to be comfortable
  • Has a mortgage or rented place and their own car
  • Average body or maybe hits the gym every other day but doesn't take it seriously so potentially a bit pudgy body (dadbod)

To me this is an average man. If you don't have these you are below average and are probably struggling.

It isn't normal to not have a social circle of friends and acquaintances and having to rely 100% on dating apps because there are no women in your life.

It isn't normal to not have a stable career at 30+ and not have your own place (rented/mortgage) and a car.

People here are more than likely rating themselves too high or average when they are in fact below average.

I mean take myself for example. I thought I was average. I have a career in IT which pays me comfortably. I have a car and rent my own place. But my social circle dried up years ago when my friends moved away, started their own family/bought a house and focused on that etc. Since then my social life has basically been non existent and my 30s has been pretty bad. I would say I am below average for this reason because an average man would have access to a social circle, which would give them access to single women.
